Personality assessment has become increasingly important for organization to select the best caliber candidates from the market, match them to the right jobs that fit into their personality profile and retrench incumbent marginal employees. Kykoselect is specifically designed to provide the solutions for the above functions to ensure the long term success of an organization.

 

Kykoselect report consists of a description of a person’s personality profile, a list of characteristics and traits, personal strengths and improvement needs, job preferences to assist Human Resource Personnel to do the following functions:


  • Select the best candidates from the market through seven screening processes by matching requirements of a specific position extracted from the main duties, responsibilities and functions specified in the job description to the kykoselect report.
  • Match the person to the position and job that fit into his/her personality to ensure that the person is motivated to grow and contributes meaningfully to the organization.
  • Serve as a guide to retrench marginal and problematic incumbents.

Upon purchase of kykoselect product, a manual user would be given to guide the Human Resource Personnel step by step to perform the functions mentioned above.
