About Us Established since 1991, Management Result Consultancy Sdn Bhd (MRCSB) provides non-technical productive training practices, geared towards performance planning, performance evaluation, performance enhancement, performance management and productive management skills. It specializes in designing and delivering customized programs, including salesperson development, to meet an organization’s requirements.
MRCSB’s effective training technique assures learner mastery of the subject at hand that revolves around an appreciative understanding of KYKO (Know Yourself Know Others), its own personality-profiling instrument. Personality profiling is particularly evident in the commercial environment, and community culture where there is a shift from reliance on self to an understanding of others, being attentive to outcomes and being sensitive to multi-environment influences. In 2004, KYKO Management Result Consultancy (KMRCSB) is incorporated to create our own identity from other training providers where all our soft skills programs are incorporated with KYKO Psychometric Instrument to ensure practicability, transfer and return on investment in every of our program.
